Troubleshooting CloudVeil for Windows

  1. Test by going to test.cloudveil.org in your browser.
  2. Check for Antivirus compatibility. – See this FAQ
  3. Reboot your computer.
  4. Make sure Windows Updates are current.
  5. Make sure all other filters are removed.
  6. Send us the log file found by opening the CloudVeil for Windows app and clicking on the Advanced tab.
