Websites not loading on CV4A

If your internet isn’t working on CV4A and the page has the ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED error on the page you can usually solve this issue by following these steps.

CV4A Settings #

Go to CV4A > Settings > Privacy and security > Use secure DNS > turn off the switch to use secure DNS.

Samsung – Device Settings #

The path to the settings on Samsungs should be similar to this.

Go to Settings > Connections > More connections settings > Private DNS > Turn off the switch to use Private DNS.

Device Settings #

Most device types will have a path in settings similar to this.

Go to Settings > Network & Internet > Private DNS > Turn Private DNS off.
